What quality does Hotweeb bring to the table?
All our products hold International Quality Standards. Our apparels are made with Premium Quality Fabrics and are double stitched with 3 ply poly yarn to ensure durability, no matter what crazy adventures you throw at them! We also guarantee colour fastness and controlled shrinkage.

Are there any shipping charges?
We provide FREE shipping on all orders. By default, shipping and delivery is faster for pre-paid orders.

Are the products recommended for kids?
All the inks that we use for printing are Oeko-Tex certified which makes our products completely skin-friendly and are recommended for kids as well.

How do I cancel/modify my order?
Please send us an email within 5 hours of placing the order in order to cancel or make modifications to your order.
1. For modifications – please write “Modify My Order” in the subject of the email along with the order number. Similarly, for cancellations – write “Cancel My Order”.
2. To cancel or modify your prepaid orders or orders placed via guest just drop a mail at hotweeb.in@gmail.com mentioning the changes to be made to the order. Don’t forget to mention your order number/ID as well.

How do I return/exchange my order?
Returns and Exchanges are only limited to any sort of manufacturing defect i.e. uneven cutting, stitching defects, etc. Our products go through multiple checking to ensure perfection and yet if that happens, it could be a very rare case. You can simply drop us an e-mail at hotweeb.in@gmail.com with the subject "Return/Exchange Request" along with pictures of the product in the same regards and we will look into the matter as soon as possible.

Why am I charged additionally on COD orders?
The courier service providers charge additional COD (Cash on Delivery) charges for cash handling. To avoid the same, you can pay online/make pre-paid orders.

What quality t-shirts do I expect from Hotweeb?
We don't mess around when it comes to quality. We don't do average. Our Regular Fit T-shirts are 180 GSM and Oversized T-shirts are 240 GSM, the absolute best!

What’s pre-order and how does it work?
Via pre-order, you can order a product even if it is not in stock or yet to be launched, and once it’s here you will be the priority customer and among the first ones to receive it. We’ll notify you the moment it’s in stock and will start working on your order right away.
You can only order one “pre-order” product at a time (or multiple quantity of the same product).
PS: Every “pre-order” comes with FREE shipping so you can place multiple orders at one time with different “pre-order” products.
This system is to get a clear idea of demand and plan for stock accordingly. Hence, to ensure assurance, pre-orders are only accepted if they’re pre-paid and not COD.
